At HLSK Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted pieces; therefore, we offer a 14-day return window for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made or resized rings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place your jewellery in its original branded box and protective packaging to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our Melbourne studio; we recommend purchasing insurance for high-value items.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
