How long will it take to receive my order?
Each piece is handcrafted to order in our Melbourne studio. Please allow 7-14 business days for production before your item is shipped via express courier.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders are sent via DHL Express to ensure your jewellery arrives safely and quickly, typically within 3-7 business days after dispatch.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for store credit or exchange on standard items. Please note that custom-made pieces, resized rings, and earrings are final sale due to hygiene and bespoke manufacturing.
How do I find my correct ring size?
We recommend visiting a local professional jeweller to be measured. Alternatively, you can purchase a ring sizer from our website or refer to our online size guide for conversion charts.
What materials do you use?
HLSK uses only high-quality ethically sourced gemstones and solid precious metals, including 10ct, 14ct, and 18ct gold. We do not use gold plating or vermeil to ensure the longevity of your heirloom.
Do you provide a warranty on your jewellery?
Yes, we provide a 6-month manufacturing warranty. This covers any faults in the craftsmanship but does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss of stones.
